His last book khushwantnama was more of like a compilation of things he regarded shiny in his long spanned life. Overall, the book Not up to the standards set by Khushwant Singh in his previous books.
Readers, however,might find it debatable to get down his argument on Indian politics and partition of India and Pakistan. I read it many times and still look like that I am reading it first time. This time the crown glory goes to his anecdotes. Its unputdownable, and deserves finishing in one go. The outline specifically narrates happenings in his entire life, then goes to monologues to politics, life, arts and the like — general topics. Public Private login e.
